Originally from NYC, Kenny Chan grew up in the restaurant business. His family owned several restaurants specializing in Asian cuisine. Kenny took the skills he learned and went on to establish his own culinary style. Kenny’s great passion for creating new and unique Asian based cuisine were honed in his family’s restaurant business in the culturally diverse culinary center of NYC. His travels led him to develop the unique Sushi Hana style which is influenced by Japanese fusion as well as Chinese, Korean, and Indian styles, flavors, and treats. Kenny & Shirli brought their culinary gift to Tulsa when they established Sushi Hana restaurant in 2011. The variety of new and flavorful cuisine is guaranteed to delight anyone’s palette.
